Took Wednesday (day 3) off.
Inspired by this T.E.D. talk Cat had me watch, I stepped into day 4 and pushed myself to keep going even though I almost walked to my car for a nap instead.
Here is the talk.
Here is today's routine, nice and simple:
Mile run at a good pace (8.5 minutes), Well, good for me.
2 minute rest.
15 minute V02 Max Snatch with the 16kg.
I could have pushed with the 24kg, but my left shoulder is still nagging me so I chose to play it safe. My run felt odd, I couldn't quite get my cadence down, but I suppose that's to be expected as I'm far from an experienced runner. The Tough Mudder made me want to get proficient at it though, so I'll continue to include it in my routine.
