Getting used to Painter. For some reason I find myself struggling with it. Too many options I guess?

Did some sketching but didn't have time to scan today. So instead I figured I'd share one of the initial comps for the box art I did for Conquest Tactics. It was fun and really hectic (I had about 3 days total to work on it). This version wasn't used, but it has some fun stuff going on in it.



Here is the one that was used after all the changes were made to fit what the guys wanted.



Not too shabby for such a short work period. Although I wonder what it would be like if I had a few weeks instead.

Sketchin' Day 3

I'm posting these about around midnight each day it seems so, whatever...

It's still a sketch a day.

Alright. I've been less than diligent in posting to this blog. Rather than being harangued any further concerning my lack of attention to this corner of the interfuck, I'm going to give this little patch of unused womb some attention.

So, for the next month I'll be posting a sketch or work in progress a day or some such.
